The Biomechs have been participating in the annual FIRST FRC Robotics competition for the past 10 years. With the assistance from alumni students, mentors, sponsors, and volunteers, Richmond High School students are inspired to explore and learn about the fields in science, technology and engineering. Not only do students gain insight into these fields, but they gain lifelong lessons in team work, leadership, and perseverance.
Any motivated or interested student from Richmond High School is eligible to participate on Team 841. The primary team members include:
- Students from Richmond High School
- Teachers and Staff from Richmond High School
- Engineers from Intuitive Surgical Inc, Linear Technology, and L-3 Communications
- Alumni from Team 841
- Volunteers
- Parents
